These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website concretesuncitywest.com and the services provided by Precision Sun City West Concrete ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing the Site or engaging us for services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
By using this Site or requesting a service estimate, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or engage our services.
Precision Sun City West Concrete provides residential and commercial concrete contracting services in Sun City West, AZ and surrounding areas, including but not limited to driveways, patios, sidewalks, foundations, pool decks, retaining walls, and related concrete work. The scope of any specific project is defined in the written estimate or contract signed by both parties prior to work beginning.
Estimates provided on the Site or during an initial consultation are non-binding unless incorporated into a signed written contract. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before work begins. Price adjustments may occur if unforeseen site conditions - such as subsurface rock layers, buried utilities, or drainage complications - are discovered during the work. We will notify you of any such changes before proceeding with additional work.
Project start dates are subject to permit approvals, weather conditions, and material availability. We will provide reasonable advance notice if a scheduled date must change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed project, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations after materials have been ordered or work has begun may result in costs for materials already purchased and labor already performed.
Payment terms are specified in each project contract. In general, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Accepted payment methods are outlined in the project agreement. Invoices not paid within the timeframe stated in the contract may be subject to a late fee. We reserve the right to suspend work on any project where payment obligations are not met.
Where required, we will obtain the necessary permits from the applicable governing authority prior to starting work. Permit fees are typically included in the project estimate. The customer is responsible for ensuring that any HOA or community association approvals have been obtained before work begins. We are not liable for delays or costs arising from the customer's failure to secure required HOA approvals.
We stand behind our workmanship. Any warranty terms specific to your project will be detailed in the written project contract. Workmanship warranties do not cover damage caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to ground settlement due to subsurface conditions not identifiable before excavation, tree root growth, seismic activity, flooding, or customer modifications to the work after completion.
Concrete is a natural material and minor hairline cracking over time is normal and not considered a defect. Significant cracking, sinking, or structural failure within the warranty period as defined in the project contract will be addressed at our expense.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Precision Sun City West Concrete is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this Site or from services provided. Our total liability for any claim related to a project will not exceed the amount paid for that specific project.
The customer is responsible for disclosing known subsurface conditions, utility locations, and any other property-specific factors that may affect the project before work begins. Call 811 or the applicable local dig-safe service to have underground utilities marked before excavation work. We will take reasonable care, but we are not responsible for damage to unmarked utilities.

If direct communication does not resolve the dispute within 30 days, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in Sun City West, Arizona, before a single arbitrator under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings not subject to the arbitration provision above shall be brought in the appropriate courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
